We take great pride in processing our certificates and want you to recieve your order in perfect condition.

Printed Certificate Delivery Information

Deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail Delivery and Courier Delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch.

We take great pride in processing our customers certificates and want you to recieve your order as we dispacthed it and so we pack all orders in protective celobags and a board back evenvelope marked ‘Do Not Bend’.

UK Delivery & Priority Processing

For priority processing and delivery on your ordered items OR for orders placed late in the day and you need delivery as soon as possible we offer this option at checkout to ensure your order is processed and despatched via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded delivery on the same day. Please note our last postal collection is 3pm. Please not we do not have post collections on Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed after 3pm Friday will be posted in our next available collection on Monday.

Order Status

You can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on ‘Orders’ if you have created and account on registering. This also enables you to checkout quicker on future purchases. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:

Pending Payment – Your certificate order has been created and placed but is awaiting payment

Processing – Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment

Completed – The payment for your order has been received and your order has been dispatched for delivery

Cancelled – Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.

Damaged & Missing Orders

We pack all orders in board backed envelopes to ensure your items are protected during shipping. In the unfortunate event your order is received damaged please contact us. When contacting us to report damaged or missing items please include your invoice number and PayPal transaction ID.

You must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your order for items recieved damaged.

You must notify us within 30 calendar days of date or order if your items have not been received.

Pedigree Certificate Forms

Mispellings & Data Inaccuarcy

The PCF app creates your finished printed certificate directly from the data you enter. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for mispellings or data inaccuarcy. We cannot be held resonsible for the use of non english character sets or emoticon characters etc. being entered for the reproduction of your printed certificate. These products are a personalised product of which we are unable to cancel/refund orders placed. We recommend reviewing your certificate data for innaccuracies before placing an order. Please feel free to contact us regards any questions or more information you need regards pre-ordering your certificates.

Returns Policy

If you receive your goods damaged in transit from Royal Mail you must inform us in writing with 5 days so we can initiate a postal claim for the damaged items. Items will be refunded and/or replaced when Royal Mail processes the claim.

Because our printed certificate products are personalised to you and are unsellable elsewhere we cannot accept returns for any unwanted goods or spelling mistakes or accept charge backs.

The data printed on the certificates is automated from the data you have personally entered into the system so any mistakes you may have made will be transferred through the process to the finished printed certificate with no responsibility to ourselves. if you choose to select a breed image please ensure you select the correct Pedigree Breed. We only provide images from our stock library of Pedigree Dog images and cannot use images/photos sent via email of your own dogs or add crossbreed images.

The responsability of checking for errors, spelling mistakes or incorrect dates before completing the order process lay solely with the account holder/payee.

Please ensure your details are correct on your certificate before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.
